2. Address national security issue with natural gas via local on-demand plant and/or import from offshore plant.
3. Expedite technological development for future energy e.g. Hydrogen.
4. Integrate green raw material into petrochemical industry.
5. Support achievement of net zero carbon emission within target time frame.
