 A Digital Road Show Promoting Digital Tools and Skills to Local Businesses The mainstream way of doing business was dramatically reshaped by new norms following the pandemic. Digital transformation, therefore, became an ongoing effort for SMEs. Organized by BOFT and operated by TAITRA, digital marketing and trade promotion seminars were held in Taipei, Taoyuan, Taichung, Tainan, Kaohsiung, and Hualien from June 6th to July 23rd. Furthermore, a digital marketing workshop tour throughout 12 counties began from August 8th to November 12th, aimed at enhancing SMEs’ ability of digital skills. The topic and content of those seminars and workshops differed invited to shed light on how to leverage digital tools on the way of pursuing business growth. A large number of SMEs were motivated to optimize their websites and enter eCommerce platforms, expanding new markets in different ways.  45
