Strategic Business Management Program for Enterprises to Build Dynamic Capabilities of Digital Transformation TAITRA Chairman James Huang launched and led the Strategic Business Management Program for top enterprise executives in 2017. Graduates from the program were eligible to lifetime TAITRA services that assist enterprises to develop global business opportunities. Digital transformation and the related capabilities became top priorities for enterprises during the pandemic. TAITRA and Microsoft Taiwan jointly organized the 5TH Strategic Business Management Program with 27 participants from 25 companies to accelerate their digital transformation efforts.
