42 Quarantines and lockdowns drove more businesses to connect online. In the post-COVID world, digital transformation will permeate every aspect of daily life. In response to the new normal, TAITRA assisted companies to face many aspects of the COVID-19 challenge. For digital marketing during the pandemic, subsidy packages were offered and companies were encouraged to sign up memberships on Taiwantrade.com, the largest B2B platform in Taiwan. Moreover, TAITRA successfully held 18 digital marketing forums between June and November 2020, which were highly praised by local governments and companies. Furthermore, TAITRA and Microsoft Taiwan hosted a series of training courses for top enterprise executives focusing on digital transformation amid fast-paced digital trends. The mission of the course was to enable trainees to develop thorough digital transformation plans for their companies.
