Green Industries Net Zero Business Opportunities in the New Southbound Market To assist Taiwanese businesses in exploring green energy industries in the New Southbound markets, recruited 32 companies participating in the ASEAN Sustainable Energy Week in Thailand, BEX Asia, Taiwan Expo in Malaysia and India. These events attracted nearly 2,000 buyers, creating business opportunities worth $57.97 million US dollars. Assisting Companies with EU CBAM Compliance Conducted four CBAM (Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism) seminars in Taipei, Taichung, and Kaohsiung. The seminars featured expert analyses of CBAM regulations and practical tutorials on reporting, benefiting 15,000 businesses. Establishing a dedicated 0800 CBAM declaration consultation hotline has served nearly 200 companies. Enterprise Carbon Consulting Events The carbon consulting checks for enterprises were conducted in Taichung and Kaohsiung, with a particular emphasis on fastener and machinery clusters. Speakers from renowned organizations such as the BSI (British Standards Institution) and SGS, along with 18 consulting firms, certification bodies, governmental representatives, and associations offered valuable insights and assistance. The event served as a platform for free one-on-one consultations, benefiting 320 businesses. 27
