 Innovative Exhibitions Shaping Brand New User Experiences TAITRA launched hybrid format trade promoting events during the pandemic, including an online platform for exhibitors to showcase products at virtual booths via videos and images. In addition, 250 video briefings on Taiwan international trade shows and related topics were produced and uploaded onto the Taiwan Trade Shows YouTube channel. TAITRA held 23 physical international trade shows, 35 online exhibitions, and nearly 1,700 online procurement conferences in 2020. Utilizing artificial intelligence and data analysis technologies, the online events facilitated close interactions between exhibitors, visitors, and buyers. With the assistance of emerging technologies, visitors and buyers attending the online events from home and abroad obtained comprehensive information about the new products from exhibitors worldwide.
