For buyer users, the newly implemented upgrades to provide a mobile-friendly backend UI, push notifications for new leads, and instant FB Messenger business lead updates. For supplier users, the ONE TAITRA App now enables prompt inquiry notifications. Language localization is one of our continued efforts to establish deeper connections with our users. Over 600 products were on display and attracted over 200,000 visits globally in 2021.  The comprehensive virtual exhibitions were built with VR technology. “2021 DATE SUMMIT"International Forum

25 industry leaders from 10 countries presented their insights as well as innovations from international companies including CISCO, Pinkoi, MIH, and LINE TAXI. The event attracted over 13,000 global views. Four major topics were explored, including "Future Finance", "Innovative Experiment", "Beyond 5G-B5G" and "Retail Integration.  


Assisting SMEs in cross-border e-commerce works with Amazon, Newegg and TradeIndia to provide exclusive deals for Taiwanese merchants. Cooperation was also conducted with of Indonesia, of Vietnam, PChome Thailand and eBay to list Taiwan products on the platforms.

In addition, organized one-on-one seminar and meeting events, assisting suppliers to connect with global e-commerce platforms, including Rakuten France, JD.ID of Indonesia, Fado of Vietnam, True Shopping and JD Central of Tailand, Via of Brazil , and Ouedkniss of Africa. The events facilitated deeper bonding with the local markets.

Assisting government agency strategy formulation

The “Export and Import Trend Monitoring and Analysis” and “Potential Market Selecting” projects, sponsored by the Bureau of Foreign Trade (BOFT), involved the aggregation of major economic and international trade variables for the formulation of marketing strategies. Industrial data analysis reports and market insights were generated to facilitate the planning of overseas promotions and market selection processes, such as the heatmap analysis of export to Middle Eastern markets in all industries, and the export market analysis of the hand tools industry.

TAITRA provides data analytics via iTrade ( and customized service. TAITRA assisted companies and compiled analytic reports for various industry associations in Taiwan.
