12 Taiwan Trade Center, Dallas To seize opportunities arising from supply chain restructuring, TAITRA opened its fifth office in the United States, the Taiwan Trade Center in Dallas, on June 26, 2023. Five members of the United State Congress, along with over 200 distinguished guests and business leaders, attended the opening ceremony. The opening ceremony was presented with a touchdown of American football. TAITRA Chairman James C. F. Huang (third from the left) and President and CEO Simon Wang (first from the right) invited members of the United States Congress, to support the operation of the Taiwan Trade Center, Dallas. Taiwan Flagship Trade Delegation to USA & Mexico The delegation focused on industries including smart transportation, high-speed transmission, clean energy, smart healthcare, PCB, franchise chains, and aerospace. 22 leading companies participated in the delegation and made official visits to government officials in Mexico and the USA. The procurement meetings with major enterprises and associations resulted in business opportunities worth $45.3 million US dollars.
