Taiwan Excellence Generated Buzz on Social Media Taiwan Excellence has been operating social media including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn and has accumulated more than 3 million followers globally. With the global economy disrupted by the pandemic, Taiwan Excellence has been promoting Taiwan brands on social media, connecting potential buyers with Taiwanese companies and helping to generate inquiries for Taiwan products. To further promote Taiwan brands and products, Taiwan Excellence cooperated with international key opinion leaders through YouTube and Instagram promotions such as product endorsements and unboxing videos. For example, in the India market, Taiwan Excellence cooperated with a Bollywood celebrity for the online event “Letter from Taiwan”, where fans wrote in about their daily experiences with Taiwan products. The event generated more than 1.3 million views and likes. 39
